以洋葱种子“Wolska”为材料,研究了在10℃时杀真菌剂、生物制剂、PEG 8000和水引发单独处理及复合处理对洋葱种子的抑菌效果。结果表明,未处理的对照种子主要受青霉菌感染;杀真菌剂(单独处理)在很大程度上可减少青霉菌的感染率;而生物制剂(Biozym生物合剂,Promot助长剂分别单独处理)未能很好地控制青霉菌的感染;水引发剂处理后,种子青霉菌的感染率极显著地低于未处理的对照种子;在杀真菌剂与PEG 8000同时处理种子和杀真菌剂先于水引发剂处理种子的2种复合处理中,可检测到高比例的未染菌种子。
The onion seed “Wolska” was used to study the antibacterial effect of fungicide, biologic, PEG 8000 and water-induced single treatment and compounding treatment on onion seeds at 10 ℃. The results showed that untreated control seeds were mainly affected by Penicillium fungi; fungicides (single treatment) to a large extent can reduce the infection rate of Penicillium; and biological agents (Biozym biological agents, Promoters were treated separately) were not Penicillium infection was well controlled; Penicillium sp. Infection rates were significantly lower than untreated control seeds after water-initiator treatment; seeds and fungicides were treated with fungicide and PEG 8000 prior to water In the two composite treatments with initiator-treated seeds, a high percentage of non-contaminated seeds could be detected.
