随着人们对知识内涵认识的渐进性深化,知识管理模式也经历了一个动态性的演进过程。演进中的各知识管理模式在推动知识管理理论发展的同时,也存在着各自的局限性,这些局限性的克服有待于人们对知识及其管理模式认识的进一步深化。
With the gradual deepening of people’s understanding of the connotation of knowledge, knowledge management mode has also undergone a dynamic evolution. In the process of promoting the development of knowledge management theory, each mode of knowledge management in evolution also has its own limitations. The overcoming of these limitations needs to be further deepened by people’s understanding of knowledge and its management mode.
