目的探讨二氧化碳激光术联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法将性病门诊诊断的尖锐湿疣69例随机分为治疗组34例、对照组35例,两组均用激光治疗,治疗组在激光术后加卡介菌多糖核酸注射液1mL肌肉注射,隔日1次,共18次,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组治愈率为85.3%,复发率14.7%;对照组治愈率为62.9%,复发率37.1%。治疗组的治愈率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组。结论卡介菌多糖核酸有较好的免疫调节作用,尖锐湿疣用激光术后联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗,提高了治愈率,降低了复发率,安全性好、使用方便、费用较低,值得基层临床治疗选用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of carbon dioxide laser combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods Sixty-nine cases of condyloma acuminatum diagnosed by STD clinic were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 34) and control group (n = 35). Both groups were treated by laser. The treatment group was intramuscularly injected with 1 mL BCG- Times, a total of 18 times to observe the efficacy of two groups. Results The cure rate was 85.3% in the treatment group and the recurrence rate was 14.7%. The cure rate in the control group was 62.9% and the recurrence rate was 37.1%. The cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid has good immunomodulatory effect. Condyloma acuminatum is treated with laser combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection, which improves the cure rate, reduces the recurrence rate, has good safety, easy to use and low cost , It is worth the primary clinical treatment options.
