目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖浓度与甲状腺激素水平及T细胞亚群的相关性。方法用APAAP法和RIA及RIMA法分别测定T细胞亚群及甲状腺激素,并根据血糖浓度高低分组比较。结果 2型糖尿病未控制组的CD8+明显高于正常对照组和控制组,CD4+/CD8+比值明显低于正常对照组及控制组,但控制组与正常对照组相比无明显差异;未控制组FT3与正常对照组和控制组相比有显著差异,但控制组与正常对照组相比无明显差异。结论 2型糖尿病从下丘脑-垂体-细胞T3受体等多种途径,各个水平皆影响甲状腺功能,另外,细胞免疫功能的紊乱也是糖尿病慢性并发症的一个危险因素。
Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma glucose levels and thyroid hormone levels and T cell subsets in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods T cell subsets and thyroid hormones were determined by APAAP, RIA and RIMA methods, respectively, and compared according to the level of blood glucose. Results The ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + in control group and control group was significantly higher than that in control group and control group in uncontrolled group, but there was no significant difference between control group and normal control group. In uncontrolled group, FT3 Compared with the normal control group and the control group, there was a significant difference, but there was no significant difference between the control group and the normal control group. Conclusions Type 2 diabetes mellitus affects thyroid function at various levels, including hypothalamus-pituitary-cell T3 receptor. In addition, cellular immune dysfunction is also a risk factor for chronic complications of diabetes.
