北京市政府法制办近期公布了《北京市节约用水办法》,并开始征求市民意见。今后用水户不按规定缴纳、拖延缴纳或者拖欠缴纳水费的,将从滞纳之日起按日加收滞纳部分2‰的滞纳金。用水户逾期4个月不缴纳水费的,供水单位可以采取措施限制其用水,情节严重的,可依法停止供水;使用水幕降温,则将受到月水费50倍的重罚。
Beijing Municipal Government Legislative Affairs Office recently announced the “Beijing Water Conservation Measures,” and began to seek public opinion. In the future, if the water user fails to pay the prescribed fee, the delay in payment or the delay in paying the water fee will be increased from the date of detention by a further 2% of the late fee. If the water user fails to pay the water fee for a period of more than 4 months, the water supply unit may take measures to limit the water use thereof. If the circumstances are serious, the water supply may be stopped according to law and the water temperature will be reduced by 50 times.
