我们采用一军大生化教研室改进的гаърNЗляh氏紫外吸收法,上海产752C紫外分光光度计进行血浆中分子物质(MMS)(血浆中分子含量以u/dl表示)。对象为该地区大、中、小学生,幼儿、教师、工人、农民、干部、职工、离退休干部等健康人群515人。其中男263人,最小年龄3岁,最大年龄7.6岁。女252人,最小年龄2岁,最大年龄76岁。调查结果经统计学处理显示:(1)各年龄组男女之间无显著意义(P>0.05);(2)各年龄组比较未见明显差异(P>0.05),(3)所调查正常值以(?)+SD计算:男220±22.81,女215.67±21.27。本组报告特点涉及各个人群、各个年龄组且人数多,能较好地反映正常人MMS的正常值,可作为临床参考数值。
We use a military biochemical teaching room improved гаърN Зляh’s ultraviolet absorption method, Shanghai produced 752C UV spectrophotometer for plasma molecular (MMS) (plasma molecular weight in u / dl said). The target population is 515 healthy people such as large, middle and primary school students, toddlers, teachers, workers, peasants, cadres, workers and retired cadres in the area. Among them, there are 263 males, the youngest is 3 years old and the oldest is 7.6 years old. There are 252 women, the youngest being 2 years old and the oldest being 76 years old. The results of the survey showed that: (1) There was no significant difference between men and women in all age groups (P> 0.05); (2) There was no significant difference in all age groups (P> 0.05); (3) To (?) + SD calculation: male 220 ± 22.81, female 215.67 ± 21.27. This group of reports features all groups, all age groups and more, can better reflect the normal MMS, can be used as clinical reference value.
