李保珍,男,高级工程师。1977年毕业于东北大学自控系。同年分配到长沙矿山研究院爆破技术研究室工作,历任专题组组长、研究室副主任、研究室主任,湖南南方工程公司总经理、中国工程爆破协会理事、湖南省爆破学会常务理事、省安全生产专家委员会机械电子组组长。参加和主持15项国家《六五、七五》攻关项目和省部级以上科研项目,分别获国家科技进步三等奖,省部级科技进步一等奖,省部级科技进步二等奖,省部级科技进步三等奖各一项,并在国家级、省级刊物上发表了十多篇论文。
Li Baozhen, male, senior engineer. In 1977 graduated from Northeastern University Department of Automation. In the same year, it was assigned to the research institute of blasting technology of Changsha Mining Research Institute. He served successively as team leader, deputy director of laboratory, director of research laboratory, general manager of Hunan Southern Engineering Company, director of China Engineering Blasting Association, standing director of Hunan blasting Society, provincial safety Production Expert Committee mechanical and electronic team leader. Participated in and presided over 15 national “six five, seven five” research projects and provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, respectively, won the third prize of national science and technology progress, provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress award, provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress prize two, Provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress third place each one, and at the national and provincial publications published more than 10 papers.
