This article monitors the concentration of drugs in blood or body fluids during drug absorption, distribution, excretion, and metabolism in the body. Under the guidance of pharmacokinetic basic theory, design a reasonable computer program. The computer was used to fit various mathematical models and various pharmacokinetic parameters of the individual were determined to formulate a rational dosing regimen to achieve the best therapeutic effect.
