我厂的X6105曲轴是稀土——镁球墨铸铁,牌号70—2,批量大,质量要求高。特别是在受力的关键部位不允许出现缩松缺陷。可是缩松缺陷往往都在此部位形成。那么,如何减少缩松缺陷成为我们的一个重要课题。 X6105曲轴的缩松部位及分析 X6105曲轴的缩松部位如图1。连杆颈的加工余量为8mm,两侧臂为3.5mm。铸件经车削加工、粗磨、超声波探伤,发现缩松的范围约为φ4~φ12mm,此部位受力恶劣,若存在缩松缺陷,往往是疲劳源,从而产生断裂。
