1 临床资料 患者男性,29岁,轰油-6飞行员,飞行时间820 h。1999年7月打篮球时与同伴相撞,右膝关节受伤,当时红肿、胀痛,活动尚可。X线检查未见明显异常。给予冷敷,24 h后给予红花油、理疗等治疗好转。3周后消肿,恢复飞行。当年11月,右膝关节再次出现水肿,送院检查治疗。诊断为创伤性关节炎。此后反复住院6次共202 d。最后诊断:右膝
1 Clinical data Patient male, 29 years old, HH-6 pilots, flight time 820 h. In July 1999, when I was playing basketball, I collided with my companion and injured my right knee joint. X-ray examination showed no obvious abnormalities. Given cold compress, safflower oil given after 24 h, physiotherapy and other treatment improved. After 3 weeks swelling, resumed flight. That year in November, the right knee again edema, sent to the hospital for examination and treatment. Diagnosis of traumatic arthritis. After repeated hospitalization 6 times a total of 202 d. Final diagnosis: right knee
