本文观察12例起搏器患者的激素导线电极植入后起搏阈值变化。这种导线电极与传统导线电极比较,具有低能量输出有效起搏,无明显术后阈值升高和峰值现象。作者认为激素导线电极是一种节能、安全的起搏电极。
In this paper, we observed the changes of pacing threshold after implantation of hormonal lead electrodes in 12 patients with pacemaker. Compared with the traditional lead electrode, this kind of lead electrode has effective pacing with low energy output and no obvious postoperative threshold increase and peak phenomenon. The author believes that hormone lead electrode is a kind of energy-saving and safe pacemaker electrode.
