目的了解引起清远市手足口病(HFMD)的主要病原体型别及分布特征。方法采集临床诊断手足口病病例的粪便、肛拭子、咽拭子等标本,应用Real-time RT-PCR同时检测总肠道病毒、CoxA16和EV71。结果共收集448份手足口病临床诊断病例标本,实验室检测标本总阳性率64.73%(290/448),其中EV71阳性率41.52%(186/448),CoxA16阳性率9.38%(42/448),其它病毒阳性率13.84%(62/448)。阳性标本集中于0岁~3岁阶段,占标本总数的81.03%。结论引起清远市手足口病的主要病原体为EV71型肠道病毒;0岁~3岁儿童是感染的主要人群。全市8个县(区、市)均有EV71感染的手足口病病例。
Objective To understand the types and distribution of major pathogens causing HFMD in Qingyuan City. Methods Samples of stool, anal swab and throat swab in clinical diagnosis of HFMD were collected. Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect total enterovirus, CoxA16 and EV71 at the same time. Results A total of 448 specimens of hand, foot and mouth disease were collected. The total positive rate of laboratory tests was 64.73% (290/448). The positive rate of EV71 was 41.52% (186/448) and the positive rate of CoxA16 was 9.38% (42/448) , The positive rate of other viruses was 13.84% (62/448). Positive specimens concentrated in 0 years old to 3 years old, accounting for 81.03% of the total number of specimens. Conclusions The main cause of hand-foot-mouth disease in Qingyuan City is EV71 enterovirus. Children 0-3 years old are the main infection group. The city’s eight counties (districts, cities) have EV71 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease.
