In order to implement the spirit of “The Ninth Five-Year Plan for the Promotion and Application of National Chemical Building Materials and the Outline of the 2010 Development Plan” of the Ministry of Construction and the “Minutes of the Seminar on the Promotion and Application of Plastic Pipes for Construction” of the Provincial Construction Committee, we will improve the hard polyethylene of our chemical building materials. (UPVC) Installed quality of water supply and drainage pipelines and promoted the application of new technologies. The Provincial Construction Committee held a five-day UPVC in Fuzhou from December 15th to 19th, 1998.
