民生连着民心,民心关乎和谐。现阶段就业、教育、生态环境、社会保障、社会治安、消费安全、生产安全等是全区人民最关心、最迫切解决的问题,也是全区社会矛盾和危机事件极易产生的敏感区。社会管理必须从关心人的生存质量、生活质量等民生问题入手,多办实事、做好事。第一要着力抓好就业这个民生之本。就业是稳定之基、发展之源。解决好就业问题,既能稳定社会环境,又能促进经济发展。
