当前,传统媒体发展面临较大困难。能否通过优秀外部人才引进,帮助媒体破局,推动融合进程?本文作者认为,这至少面临四方面困难,且不容易克服,需要媒体管理者和掌舵人做好顶层设计,勇于探索和突破。
At present, the development of traditional media faces greater difficulties. Can the introduction of excellent external talents help the media to break the rules and promote the process of integration? According to the author of this article, it faces at least four difficulties and can not be easily overcome. Media managers and helpers need top-level design to explore and make breakthroughs.
