~aH-TdR掺入法反映淋巴细胞受PHA刺激后的DNA合成和代谢,掺入~3H-TdR在细胞内的量,客观反映了淋巴细胞的转化程度。测量~3H的低能β射线需要液闪,液态闪烁体LSPBⅡ就是本工作研制应用的新型号闪烁液,初用它作为~3H-TdR掺入淋转的闪烁测定剂,在实验中交叉设计,与目前国内外常用的闪烁液相比较,对仪器工作条件作适应调整后,LSPBⅡ可以代替LS二甲苯。两种闪烁液能相关地测试临床标本。
~ aH-TdR incorporation method reflects the DNA synthesis and metabolism of lymphocytes stimulated by PHA, incorporation of ~ 3H-TdR intracellular volume, an objective reflection of the degree of lymphocyte transformation. Measurement of ~ 3H low-energy β-ray requires liquid flash, and liquid scintillator LSPBⅡ is a new type of scintillation liquid developed and applied in this work. It was first used as a ~ 3H-TdR spiking scintillation reagent, At present, domestic and international commonly used scintillation liquid phase, the instrument to adapt to the working conditions, LSPB Ⅱ can replace LS xylene. Both scintillation fluids can test clinical specimens in correlation.
