建立了一种与高倍硅共存的磷的分析方法。共存硅对磷钒钼黄色体系的干扰程度与反应介质中硝酸浓度有关 ,介质中浓度为 0 .74 mol/ L的硝酸可有效抑制 31倍量的共存硅的干扰。在稀硝酸中煮解 ,可将六偏磷酸钠转化成正磷酸钠。磷浓度在 ( 1 .5~ 9.5)× 1 0 -4 mol/ L 范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于测定PS版显影液中磷时 ,回收率是 98.52 %~ 99.84 % ,样品测定值的 RSD为0 .31 % ( n=1 2 ).
A method for the analysis of phosphorus coexisting with high magnification silicon has been established. The interference of coexisting silicon on yellow phosphorus, vanadium and molybdenum systems was related to the concentration of nitric acid in the reaction medium. The concentration of 074 mol / L nitric acid in the medium could effectively suppress the interference of 31 times the amount of coexisting silicon. Digested in dilute nitric acid, sodium hexametaphosphate can be converted into sodium orthophosphate. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of (1.5 ~ 9.5) × 10 -4 mol / L. The method was applied to the determination of phosphorus in developing solution of PS plate and the recovery was 98.52% ~ 99.84%. The RSD of the sample was 0.31% (n = 12).
