本文对662次经皮股动脉穿刺脑血管插管造影及栓塞治疗所发生的34次并发症进行分析。并发症包括:长期轻偏瘫、一过性神经系统症状、较严重的造影剂反应、穿刺点出血、穿刺点远端动脉局部血栓栓塞和导管内血栓形成等。本文分析了各类并发症的原因,并对其预防及处理作了讨论。
In this paper, 662 percutaneous femoral artery puncture cerebrovascular catheterization and embolization occurred 34 complications occurred. Complications include: long-term hemiparesis, transient neurological symptoms, more serious contrast agent reaction, puncture point bleeding, distal thromboembolism and intraductal thrombosis in the puncture site. This article analyzes the causes of various complications, and its prevention and treatment were discussed.
