用脉冲微型反应器、CS_2中毒、H_2吸附、HOT和TPD等方法研究了正庚烷、环己烷在Pt·Ce/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂上的重整反应,求出了Pt-Ce/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的活性中心数(Nc)、活性频率(AF)、分散度(R)、表观速度常数(K)和活化能(E)。结果表明,铈的加入能提高Pt/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的活性和选择性,其中以铈含量0.05wt%时最佳,铈以电子效应和结构效应影响铂铝催化剂的性质,且以电子效应为主。铂铈催化剂有两种不同的活性中心,环己烷脱氢在双金属中心上进行。
The reforming reaction of n-heptane and cyclohexane on Pt · Ce / γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst was studied by pulsed microreactor, CS_2 poisoning, H 2 adsorption, HOT and TPD methods. The Pt- Al 2 O 3 catalyst activity center (Nc), activity frequency (AF), dispersion (R), apparent velocity constant (K) and activation energy (E). The results show that the addition of cerium can increase the activity and selectivity of Pt / γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst, of which cerium content of 0.05wt% is the best, cerium affects the properties of platinum-aluminum catalyst with electronic effect and structure effect, and the electronic effect is the Lord. There are two different active sites on the platinum-cerium catalyst, cyclohexane dehydrogenation on the bimetallic center.
