索风营水电站建设是国家“十五”重点工程项目之一 ,是乌江干流上的第三个梯级电站 ,工程以发电为主 ,还承担调峰、调频、事故备用等任务。该工程投资少、移民少、淹没少、工期短、交通方便 ,电站枢纽采用碾压混凝土重力坝 ,坝右岸地下厂房 ,左岸导流洞 (渠 )的布置方案 ,技术经济指标优越。当前需要加快前期准备工作 ,进行科学管理、精心设计和施工 ,以适应“西电东送”战略的要求。
The construction of Suofengying Hydropower Station is one of the key “Tenth Five-year” national key projects and the third cascade power station on the mainstream of Wujiang River. The project is mainly power generation and also undertakes the tasks of peak regulation, frequency modulation and accident backup. With less investment, fewer immigrants, less inundation, short construction period and convenient transportation, the layout of RCC gravity dam, underground powerhouse dam and left bank diversion tunnel (drainage canal) of the project has superior technical and economic indexes. The current need to speed up the preparatory work for scientific management, well-designed and constructed to meet the “west to east” strategy.
