2012年7月11日,山钢国际投资有限公司在香港正式揭牌运营,这标志着山钢集团的海外投资平台,以香港国际金融中心为起点,正式登陆全球资本市场。山钢国际投资公司由山钢集团为投资主体筹建,注册资本3.09亿美元,主要从事矿业投资、进出口贸易、引进技术、新产品开发等业务。它是山钢集团冲出国门、走向世界的重要桥头堡,将发挥山钢集团向国际化、现代化进军的前沿阵地作用。
On July 11, 2012, Shan Steel International Investment Co., Ltd. officially unveiled its operations in Hong Kong. This signifies the overseas investment platform of the Shan Steel Group. With the Hong Kong International Financial Center as its starting point, it officially landed in the global capital market. Shan Steel International Investment Corporation by the Steel Group for the investment main body to build, the registered capital of 309 million US dollars, mainly engaged in mining investment, import and export trade, the introduction of technology, new product development business. It is an important bridgehead for the Group to break out of the country and go to the world. It will play a leading role in the advancement of the Group to internationalization and modernization.
