江西省人民政府委员会第十一次会议,于十月十八日上午八时半假省府大礼堂开幕,出席这次委员会的除全体委员外,并有江西省协商委员会常务委员及省府直属各委会、厅、院、行、局正副首长、南昌市正副市长、各专署专员均列席参加。会议开始首先由邵主席致开幕词,并传达了中南军政委员会第五次会议的决议和精神。邵主席在开幕词中指出:会议的内容是:传达中南军政委员会第五次会议的结论:报告省府委员会第十次会议以来的各项工作:布置今后工作;定期召开江西省各界人民代表会议;加速完成各项改革工作;迎接即将到来的经济建设。
The eleventh meeting of the Jiangxi Provincial People’s Government Committee, which opened at the provincial capital auditorium at 8.30 am on October 18, attended the meeting of all the members of the committee, including the Standing Committee of Jiangxi Province Consultative Committee and the provincial government directly under the Commissions, offices, institutes, banks, bureau chiefs and deputy mayors, deputy mayors and deputy commissioners of Nanchang attended the conference. At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Shao delivered the opening speech and conveyed the resolution and spirit of the fifth meeting of the Central Military Commission.
