本文研究了以四君子汤加黄芪为主的补气扶正方对小鼠免疫功能调节的影响,证明本方可以促进正常小鼠脾T细胞IL-2生成和~(60)Co辐射损伤的小鼠脾T细胞的增殖,而对两者的脾B细胞无增殖作用。本方无丝裂原作用。
This article studied the effect of Buqi Fuzheng Recipe based on Sijunzi Tanga and Astragalus membranaceus on immune function regulation in mice, and proved that this prescription can promote spleen T cell IL-2 production and 60Co radiation damage in mouse spleen of normal mice. The proliferation of T cells did not have a proliferation effect on both spleen B cells. This side has no mitogen.
