作者对34例34眼低眼压性青光眼与41例41只青光眼的视乳头进行比较,研究该二组的视乳头凹陷的差异。患者均作全面的眼部检查、前房角镜、压平眼压计、立体眼底镜视乳头照相和Octopus计算机视野计检查。缺血性视神经病变,包括扇形视乳头水肿或苍白,突然的视力丧失史或典型的等视线型视野缺损以及晚期的视野缺损者均被除外。青光眼组包括原发性开角型青光眼、晶体囊假性剥脱综合征及色素性青光眼。
The authors compared 34 cases of 34 eyes with 41 cases of low tension glaucoma and 41 cases of glaucoma of the optic disc to study the difference between the two groups of optic disc depression. All patients underwent a full-blown eye examination, gonioscopy, masking tonometer, stereoscopic ophthalmoscope photography and Octopus computeroptic examination. Ischemic optic neuropathy, including scalp papilloma or pale, a history of sudden loss of vision or typical isobaric visual field defects, and advanced visual field defects were excluded. Glaucoma group includes primary open-angle glaucoma, crystal capsular pseudo-exfoliation syndrome and pigmented glaucoma.
