目的观察氯吡格雷联合普伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效。方法130例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上使用氯吡格雷联合普伐他汀,对照组用普伐他汀,治疗3个月后观察其临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的临床症状及体征明显改善,治疗组总有效率94%,对照组总有效率85%,P<0.05。结论氯吡格雷联合普伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效满意,安全性高。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with pravastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods 130 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with clopidogrel combined with pravastatin on the basis of routine treatment. The control group was treated with pravastatin for 3 months. The clinical observation Efficacy. Results The clinical symptoms and signs of the treatment group were significantly improved. The total effective rate was 94% in the treatment group and 85% in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with pravastatin is effective and safe in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
