采用热浸镀铝的方法,以饱和K2Zr F6水溶液作为助镀剂,在TC4钛合金表面获得Ti-Al金属间化合物层。结果表明:热浸铝时间的长短对镀层厚度及热扩散后的组织结构及性能均无明显影响;TC4钛合金经760℃热浸镀铝10 min得到一层热浸镀层,主要相为Ti Al3相,热浸镀铝基体组织为α+β组织;上述热浸镀铝试样,1000℃下热扩散6 h,表面化合物层组织具有魏氏组织结构特征,基体为初生α相和次生α相,可有效提高TC4合金的硬度及耐磨性。
The hot-dip aluminizing method was used to obtain a Ti-Al intermetallic compound layer on the surface of the TC4 titanium alloy by using a saturated K2Zr F6 aqueous solution as a fluxing agent. The results show that: the time of hot-dip aluminizing has no significant effect on the thickness of the coating and the microstructure and properties after thermal diffusion. The TC4 titanium alloy is hot-dip aluminized at 760 ℃ for 10 min and the main phase is TiAl3 Phase and hot-dip aluminized matrix microstructure was α + β microstructure; the hot-dip aluminized samples, thermal diffusion at 1000 ℃ for 6 h, the surface compound layer structure has the characteristics of Widmanstatten structure, the matrix is the primary α-phase and secondary α Phase, can effectively improve the TC4 alloy hardness and wear resistance.
