非权力性影响是相对于权力性影响而言的,它和权力性影响密不可分,相辅相成。权力性影响主要来自政府部门的政策、法规,借助管理机构和组织原则,带有很大的强制性;而非权力性影响是领导自身的品德。常识、气质、风度自然形成的影响力。良好的非权力性影响可以强化权力性影响,有时还会起到权力性影响不能起到的作用。孔子的“其身正,不令而行;其身不正,虽令不从”说的就是这个道理。
Non-power influence is relative to power influence. It is inseparable from power influence and complement each other.
