学英语不仅要讲究遣词与语法,更要符合英美国家文化,免受本族语带来的干扰。《时代英语》开辟“地道英文”板块,邀同学们与“Little teacher”一起,努力说出地道英语。不必说My english is poor当别人称赞你的英文挺好时,中国人喜欢说一些为自己英语水平感到抱歉的话,如:No,my Engl ish is poor.而Native speaker认为完全没有必要。简单说声Thank you或It’s kind of you就行了。
Learning English should not only stress on vocabulary and grammar, but also be consistent with English and American family cultures, free from the interference of native language. “English of the Times” opened up the “Authentic English” section and invited the students to join “Little teacher” and strive to speak authentic English. Needless to say My English is poor When others praise your English is good, the Chinese like to say something sorry for their English, such as: No, my Engl ish is poor. And Native speaker thinks completely unnecessary. Simply say Thank you or It’s kind of you.
