众所周知,有机反应常常经过多个中间体的反应历程,所以整个反应速度规律的动力学推算颇为复杂。在中间体不稳定且浓度较低体系中,即使引入中间体浓度不变的假定,也只是个别问题个别处理,方法烦锁,易出差错。本文从一般的一级或假一级反应体系出发,借助于稳定态的假定,导出了可观察的整个反应过程的速度常数k_(0b)并且给出k_(0b)等于正逆向速度常数k_f和k_r之和的公式:
