骨形成蛋白(Bone Morphogenetic Protein,简称BMP)是一类可以诱导异位宿区间充质细胞分化成软骨和骨细胞的蛋白质,在促进骨修复中具有较高的应用价值,为了在大肠杆菌中有效地表达人BMP,我们将人BMP1,BMP2A和BMP3的cDNA分别插入表达载体中,获得预期结果。1 材料和方法 人骨形成蛋白cDNA 1,2A和3由口腔医学院杨连甲教授赠送,表达载体pBV220由张德震博士赠送,表达载体pSM43由陈苏民教授构建.人BMP1 cDNA先以“缺口双链”定位插入突变技术,将其5’端信号肽序列去掉,并引入起始密码ATG,将经改造的人BMP1 cDNA 5’端1.44
Bone Morphogenetic Protein (BMP) is a class of proteins that can induce the differentiation of mesenchymal cells into cartilage and bone cells in heterotopia, and has high value in promoting bone repair.
