联合使用混凝沉淀烧杯试验和静态阻垢试验考察了海水环境中三氯化铁(FeCl3)残留对聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,浓缩倍数为1.5和2.0时,FeCl3残留不仅能够引起沉淀出水总铁含量超标,而且还对PESA的阻垢性具有阻碍作用。FeCl3残留浓度越高,PESA投加浓度越少,这种阻碍作用越显著;同时,FeCl3残留还能在加热浓缩过程中形成利于微生物孳生的絮体团块,增加了成垢和腐蚀的可能性。
The effects of residual FeCl3 in the seawater on the scale inhibition performance of polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA) were investigated by coagulation-sedimentation beaker test and static scale inhibition test. The results showed that when the concentration of 1.5 and 2.0, the residual FeCl3 can not only cause excessive iron content in the precipitated effluent, but also hinder the scale inhibition of PESA. The higher the residual FeCl3 concentration is, the less the PESA dosage is, the more significant the obstruction is. At the same time, the residual FeCl3 can form flocs that are beneficial to microorganisms during heating and concentration, increasing the possibility of scale formation and corrosion .
