近年来肺癌的发病率不断上升，青年肺癌也并非少见，且常被误诊。我院从1990年至1996年5月收治35岁以下肺癌24例，并与同期收治的60～70岁63例肺癌（简称老年组）对比，两组病例均经手术或纤维支气管镜活检或痰病检以及X线证实，现报告如下：临床资料1．性别与年龄：青年肺癌24
In recent years, the incidence of lung cancer has been rising. Youth lung cancer is not uncommon and is often misdiagnosed. In our hospital, from 1990 to May 1996, 24 patients with lung cancer under 35 years of age were treated and compared with 63 patients with lung cancer aged 60-70 years (referred to as the old group) treated in the same period.
