目的检测溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)大鼠模型结肠组织中TNF-α、IL-8的表达情况,探讨其在溃疡性结肠炎发病机制中的作用。方法 30只SD大鼠,随机抽取20只为模型组,另外10只为对照组。采用“三硝基苯磺酸+乙醇”法造模后,采用Elisa法检测TNF-α、IL-8在模型组与对照组的结肠组织中的表达水平。结果 UC模型组TNF-α、IL-8的表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大鼠结肠黏膜中TNF-α、IL-8的表达与UC的发生、发展密切相关。
Objective To detect the expression of TNF-α and IL-8 in colonic tissue of ulcerative colitis (UC) rats and to explore its role in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. Methods Twenty SD rats were randomly selected as the model group and the other 10 as the control group. After modeling with “trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid + ethanol” method, the expression of TNF-α and IL-8 in the colon tissue of the model group and the control group was detected by Elisa method. Results The expression of TNF-α and IL-8 in UC model group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of TNF-α and IL-8 in colonic mucosa of rats is closely related to the occurrence and development of UC.
