目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者血浆不对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)和炎症是否与血管内皮功能具有相关性。方法测定了40例子宫内膜异位症患者的血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、IL-6、IL-8、ADMA水平以及肱动脉的血流介导性血管扩张(FMD),并和30例非子宫内膜异位症患者进行比较。结果子宫内膜异位症患者血清中超敏C反应蛋白、IL-6、IL-8、ADMA水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而肱动脉FMD明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。FMD与血清ADMA水平以及hs-CRP水平呈负相关。结论子宫内膜异位症患者的血清ADMA和炎症因子水平增高可能与内皮功能受损相关。
Objective To investigate whether plasma asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) and inflammation are associated with vascular endothelial function in patients with endometriosis. Methods The serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and ADMA in 40 patients with endometriosis and blood flow-mediated vasodilation (FMD) in brachial artery were measured. And compared with 30 non-endometriosis patients. Results The levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, IL-6, IL-8 and ADMA in patients with endometriosis were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the brachial artery FMD was significantly lower than that in the control group ). FMD was negatively correlated with serum ADMA level and hs-CRP level. Conclusion The increase of serum ADMA and inflammatory cytokines in patients with endometriosis may be related to the impaired endothelial function.
