混凝土中浆体的品质决定了混凝土力学性能、耐久性能能否达到设计、标准要求。但混凝土中浆体用料的配比是否按照设计,则通过混凝土状态、常规检测手段无法判断。经常出现混凝土中浆体用料配比错误,而导致混凝土工程实体强度不足或无强度的工程质量事故发生。为此,本文提出了混凝土中浆体用料配比的检验方法——酸碱度法。工程实践表明:酸碱度法可以有效检验混凝土中浆体用料配比是否按照设计,从而保证混凝土工程实体的质量,避免混凝土工程质量事故的发生。
The quality of concrete in the slurry determines the mechanical properties of concrete, durability can meet the design, standard requirements. However, the proportion of concrete slurry used in accordance with the design, then through the concrete state, the conventional detection methods can not judge. Often appear in the concrete slurry material ratio error, resulting in concrete strength of concrete entity strength or lack of engineering quality accidents. To this end, this paper presents the test method of mortar mix in concrete - the pH method. Engineering practice shows that: pH method can effectively test the proportion of concrete slurry in accordance with the design, so as to ensure the quality of concrete engineering entities to avoid the occurrence of concrete quality accidents.
