随着社会经济的发展,人们法律意识逐渐增强,社会经济生活中涉诉案件明显增加。司法鉴定作为形成、固定证据的方式之一,是查明和证明案件事实——法律真实乃至客观真实的重要途径。科学技术的飞速发展,提升了人们认识世界的能力,各种检测、检验设备与方法日臻完善,为司法鉴定辨析诉讼活动中的疑难问题,提供了更加广阔的舞台。表现在现实生活中就是司法鉴定结论受到人们普遍重视,被各级法院大量采信。
With the social and economic development, people’s legal awareness gradually increased, social and economic life cases increased significantly.
