本文对103例潜水员肺通气功能的测定结果进行了分析,结果表明,潜水员通气功能的大多数参数大于常人值,而且随潜水年数和深度的增加而增加;但反映小气道功能的流量-容量曲线各参数与潜水年数和深度无明显关系,从而提示,潜水员在高气压环境下,经常呼吸高密度气体,不但不会影响潜水员的通气功能,而且有一定程度的促进作用。
In this paper, the results of the determination of lung ventilation of 103 divers were analyzed. The results showed that most of the parameters of diver ventilation were greater than normal, and increased with the increase of diving years and depths. However, the flow-capacity curve reflecting the function of small airways There is no obvious relationship between the parameters and the number and depth of diving, which indicates that the divers often breathe high density gas under high pressure environment, which not only does not affect the diver’s ventilation function but also promotes the ventilation to a certain extent.
