脉络宁注射液具有扩张血管,改善微循环,增加血流量及抗凝血和溶血栓等作用。胞二磷胆碱能参与体内磷脂的生物合成,改变细胞膜的生理功能,改善脑血管张力,增加脑血流量和耗氧量。临床上常将两药联合使用治疗脑血栓、脑供血不足、中风后遗症等,疗效良好。但将两药混于706代血浆中是否有配伍禁忌,未见报道。为此我们根据临床治疗需要进行厂配伍实验,实验结果报告如下。
Mailuoning injection with dilation of blood vessels, improve microcirculation, increase blood flow and anticoagulant and thrombolytic effect. Citicoline can participate in the biosynthesis of phospholipids, change the physiological function of the cell membrane, improve cerebral vascular tone, increase cerebral blood flow and oxygen consumption. Clinically, two drugs commonly used in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis, cerebral insufficiency, stroke sequelae, and good effect. However, the two drugs mixed in the 706 generation of plasma compatibility incompatibility has not been reported. To this end, we carry out plant compatibility experiment according to the need of clinical treatment, the experimental results are reported as follows.
