目的:评价2种降糖药治疗方案的经济学结果。方法:对口服二甲双胍片(格化止)和二甲双胍缓释片(倍顺)两种降糖药的治疗方案进行成本-效果分析。结果:格华止和倍顺的血糖下降百分率分别为21.65%和25.14%,使平均血糖下降一个百分点,格华止和倍顺的费用分别为1.06元和0.38元。结论:倍顺治疗2型糖尿病的药物经济学效果优于格华止。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the economic results of two hypoglycemic agents. Methods: Cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted on the treatment of two hypoglycemic agents, metformin tablets (Gehua Dazhi) and metformin sustained-release tablets (times cis). Results: The rates of lowering blood glucose of Gehua and Beisun were 21.65% and 25.14% respectively, which decreased the average blood glucose by 1%. The costs of Gehua and Beisun were 1.06 and 0.38 yuan respectively. Conclusions: The drug economic effect of Bishun in the treatment of type 2 diabetes is superior to that of Gyalwa.
