随着经济体制改革的不断深入,华宁县在强化农业基础、优化种植结构、改善基础设施条件的同时,大力发展县乡企业,提高经济效益,促进了华宁县经济发展。按(1990年不变价)计算,全县国民生产总值1995年比上年增长13.9%,工农业总产值比上年增长32.8%,工业总产值首次突破三亿元占工农业总产值63%。劳动就业人数比上年增0.6%。华宁县经济的发展,与金融部门的鼎力支持是分不开的,现就银行信贷如何持续、稳定、健康地支持县乡企业的发展,并结合当前银行信贷的投向,浅谈几点看法。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of economic system, Huaning County has made great efforts to develop county and township enterprises, enhance economic benefits and promote economic development in Huaning County while strengthening agricultural base, optimizing planting structure and improving infrastructure conditions. According to (1990 constant price) calculation, the county’s gross national product in 1995 increased 13.9% over the previous year, industrial and agricultural output rose 32.8% over the previous year, total industrial output exceeded 300 million yuan for the first time accounted for 63% of the total industrial and agricultural output value, . Labor and employment increased 0.6% over the previous year. The economic development of Huaning County is inseparable from the full support of the financial sector. Now we talk about how bank credit can sustain, steadily and healthily support the development of county and township enterprises, and discuss the direction of current bank credit.
