[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗呼吸系统疾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例常规西医治疗;治疗组50例辨证分型。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访1年,观测复发率。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,有效29例,无效3例,总有效率94%。对照组痊愈14例,有效29例,无效7例,总有效率86%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗呼吸系统疾病效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the efficacy of syndrome differentiation and western medicine in the treatment of respiratory diseases. [Methods] Randomized parallel method was used to divide 100 hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table. The control group of 50 cases of conventional Western medicine treatment group of 50 cases of syndrome differentiation. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. Followed up for 1 year, observed the recurrence rate. [Result] In the treatment group, 18 cases were cured, 29 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94%. The control group recovered in 14 cases, effective in 29 cases, 7 cases, the total effective rate of 86%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Syndrome Differentiation combined with Western medicine has significant effect on respiratory diseases and is worth popularizing.
