CO为最常见的窒息性气体,接触CO的作业方式不下70余种,经常可见急性 CO中毒的病例报道。本文对某机械制造单位1984～1995年因急性CO中毒而致工伤(8～10级)的10例病例进行临床分析。1 一般资料 10例急性CO中毒患者中,男8例,女2例,年龄23～55岁,平均32.3岁,按照“急性CO中毒诊断标准”进行分级,轻度中毒5例、中度中毒4例、神经后发病1例。6例在煤气制造、铸造

In this paper, a mechanical manufacturing unit from 1984 to 1995 due to acute CO poisoning caused by injury (8 to 10) in 10 cases of clinical analysis. 1 General Information 10 cases of acute CO poisoning patients, 8 males and 2 females, aged 23 to 55 years, mean 32.3 years old, according to “acute CO poisoning diagnostic criteria” for grading, mild poisoning in 5 cases, moderate poisoning 4 Cases, 1 case of neurological disease.
