医院财务管理是医院经营管理的重要组成部分。在社会主义市场经济条件下,为了确保医院经营目标的实现,财务管理人员应该树立新的管理观念,讲求生财、聚财、用财之道,努力提高经济效益。 1.树立市场观念、经营观念。要克服单纯依赖国家拨款过日子的观念,转变计划体制下“等”、“靠”、“要”的思想,改变财务只讲“按规定花钱”,轻视经营管理的倾向,自觉按照医疗市场的需要,合理配置、使用卫生资源;以市场为导向,调整医疗服务结构,提供不同层次的卫生保健服务。通过加强管理,改善服务态度,完善服务设施,拓宽服务渠道,提高医疗质量,以适应和满足不同患者的需求。要在增加门诊人次、提高住院床位使用率、缩短平均住院日上下功夫,通过扩大服务提高经济效益。
