从６００例肠道门诊急性腹泻病人的粪便中检出弧菌科细菌８２株，检出率１３７％。其中副溶血弧菌６０株（７３２％）；非Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌８株（９８％）；溶藻弧菌３株（３６％）；拟态弧菌３株（３６％）；气单胞菌８株，其中亲水气单胞菌６株（７３％），温和气单胞菌２株（２４％）。对此８２株致病菌所作的药敏试验提示，喹诺酮类及头孢菌素类（头孢呋新除外）对其有较高的敏感性。 82 strains of vibrio bacteria were detected in the stool samples of 600 patients with acute diarrhea from enteric clinic, the detection rate was 13.7%. Among them, 60 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (732%), 8 strains of Vibrio cholera non-O1 (98%), 3 strains of Vibrio alginolyticus (36%), 3 strains of Vibrio mimicus 6%); Aeromonas 8 strains, including 6 strains of Aeromonas hydrophila (7  3%), 2 strains of Aeromonas sobria (2  4%). The susceptibility tests of 82 pathogenic bacteria suggest that quinolones and cephalosporins (except cefuroxime) are highly sensitive to them.
