本文研究企业中与环保有关的正式组织建制的作用,探讨其对环境保护的重要性。本文通过实证研究发现,企业的环境保护活动,除了制度因素的间接影响,受到正式组织建制的直接影响。而企业中的正式建制的产生,是制度影响的结果。正式建制在制度影响企业中,起中介作用。本研究的理论贡献是,修正了现代组织和管理研究中忽视正式建制的倾向;对实践的启示是,制度等因素对企业的影响可以通过结构植入来实现,在实践中要重视正式建制。 This article examines the role of formal organizational structures in enterprises that are relevant to environmental protection and discusses their importance for environmental protection. Through empirical research, this paper finds that the environmental protection activities of enterprises, except for the indirect influence of institutional factors, are directly affected by the formal organizational system. The formal establishment of enterprises in the system is the result of institutional influence. Formal system in the system of enterprises, play an intermediary role. The theoretical contribution of this research is to correct the tendency of neglect of formal system in the research of modern organization and management. The enlightenment to practice is that the influence of system and other factors on the enterprise can be realized through the structure implantation. In practice, the formal system should be emphasized.
