目的： 建立高效液相色谱法分离和测定消炎利胆胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯。方法： 采用Ｓｈｉｍ － Ｐａｃｋ ＣＬＣ－ＯＤＳＣ１８ 柱， 以０－０１ ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－ １ 磷酸二氢钾溶液（ 用磷酸调ｐＨ 至２－５） － 甲醇－ 四氢呋喃（２７５∶２００∶４０） 为流动相， 检测波长２５０ ｎｍ 。结果： 脱水穿心莲内酯峰与其他组分峰的分离度为１， 理论塔板数以脱水穿心莲内酯峰计算为４ ６００； 线性范围０－４ ～２－０ μｇ， ｒ＝ ０－９９９ ８ ， 平均回收率为９８－６ ％ ， ＲＳＤ＝ ２－０３％ 。结论： 本法准确、简便、快速， 适用于该制剂的质量分析检验。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the separation and determination of dehydroandrographolide in Xiaoyan Lidan Capsules. Method: Using a Shim-Pack CLC-ODSC18 column with 0-01 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH adjusted to 2-5 with phosphoric acid)-methanol-tetrahydrofuran (275:200:40) as the mobile phase, Detection wavelength 250 nm. Results: The degree of separation of the dehydroandrographolide peak from other components was 1 and the theoretical number of plates was 4600 in the dehydroandrographolide peak. Linear range 0-4 to 2-0 μg, r= 0-999 8 The average recovery rate was 98-6 % with RSD = 2-03%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple, rapid and suitable for the quality analysis of the preparation.
