目的探讨经腹腔镜手术治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的一种新的手术方法。方法回顾性分析河北省邯郸市中心医院2015年1月至2018年6月经腹腔镜子宫下段肌层折叠缝合治疗Ⅲ型CSP患者20例。结果腹腔镜子宫下段肌层折叠缝合配合人工流产手术的20例患者，均取得满意的治疗效果，手术时间短[(47±11) min]，出血少[(40±17) ml]，术后人绒毛膜促性腺激素下降良好，术后3个月复查彩超子宫下段肌层愈
