古田会议是我党我军建设史上的里程 碑,这次会议的决议是党和人民军队建设的 纲领性文献,在党的历史上产生了深远的影 响。决议共8个部分,其中有两个部分分别就 党内教育和士兵政治教育作出了规定,其他 6个部分也有许多关于教育方面的论述。这 些规定和论述,明确了党和人民军队教育培 训的重大意义和原则,规定了教育培训的材 料与方法,为我们党的教育培训工作进行了 成功的探索,积累了宝贵的经验。重温古田会 议决议,对于我们在新形势下加强和改进干 部教育培训工作,有着很强的现实指导意义。
The Gutian Conference marks a milestone in the history of the construction of our party and our army. The resolution of this meeting is a programmatic document for the party’s and the people’s army construction and has had a profound and far-reaching impact on the party’s history. There are eight sections of the resolution, two of which provide for the education of political parties and the political education of soldiers respectively. There are also many other educational treatises in the other six sections. These stipulations and expositions make clear the great significance and principles of the education and training of the party and the people’s army, set forth the materials and methods for education and training, and have successfully explored the education and training work of our party and accumulated valuable experience. To review the Gutian Conference resolution has a very strong practical guiding significance for us to step up and improve our education and training of cadres in the new situation.
