在刚刚闭幕的十届全国人民代表大会上,我们听到了政府官员和代表们的声音。而这里,是我们随机选取的十位普通中国公民以个人身份的发言。在尊重每一个政治主体的前提下,我们在此刊登他们的言论,他们的个人记忆,他们的个人观察,他们的个人思考。 进入现代社会,我们看到家事、国事、天下事,事事相关的局面。而民意表达的充分性,参政议政的主动性,政治主体意识的觉醒,政府和民众之间具备一种良好的沟通模式,彼此尊重和信任,这些都是社会主义政治文明的表现。
At the just-concluded 10th National People’s Congress, we heard the voices of government officials and deputies. And here is the personal identity of the ten ordinary Chinese citizens we randomly selected. On the premise of respecting every political subject, we publish their remarks here, their personal memories, their personal observations and their personal thoughts. Into the modern society, we see the family, state affairs, world affairs, everything related to the situation. The adequacy of public opinion expression, the initiative of participating in politics and state affairs, the awakening of political subject consciousness, the good communication mode between the government and the public, mutual respect and trust are the manifestations of the socialist political civilization.
