根据磨料水射流设备的性能和特点,结合磨料水射流理论知识,联系磨料水射流主要的工艺参数,运用量纲分析法,针对磨料水射流打孔应用,建立了磨料水射流打孔孔深预测模型,并通过实验验证了模型的正确性。实验表明,靶距在3~10 mm进行孔加工为宜,且在此条件下,孔深预测值与实验值之间的最大误差小于10%,在磨料水射流打孔的工程应用中有一定的应用意义。
